Food Truck Lineup for the 2017 Plaza District Festival


New treats and old favorites guarantee to tantalize and delight.

Oklahoma City, Sept. 14, 2017 – The Plaza District Association announces the food truck roster for the 19th annual Plaza District Festival, which is September 30, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. This year’s food trucks include two newcomers, Let's Do Greek and C'est Si Bon, as well as seven returning favorites. All food trucks will be parked on North Indiana Avenue between 16th and 17th Street.

The food trucks begin serving at 11 a.m., which is an hour earlier than last year, and will flip burgers and press waffles until 10:00 p.m.

No matter what your palette prefers, the Festival food truck lineup has something for everyone, from the picky eater to the adventurous foodie. Back Door BBQ, which is also a trendy storefront on NW 23rd street, offers pulled pork, brisket and other smoked meats. C'est Si Bon offer a taste of New Orleans with Cajun delights like fried catfish and red beans and rice, while Taste of Soul Chicken and Waffles chicken and waffles platter is truly a spiritual experience.

Vegetarian options include Holey Rollers and their signature vegan donuts, pastries and coffee, The Loaded Bowl, serves vegan comfort food and Let's Do Greek serves falafel wraps, bowls and salads.

The annual Plaza District Festival is the Plaza District Association’s largest annual fundraiser and invites Oklahoma to experience Local together by providing the creative space to showcase Oklahoma-based visual artists, creative local food trucks, and Oklahoma musicians.
This unique family-friendly event is free, open to the public and will take place Saturday, September 30, from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The 2017 festival includes more than 30 Oklahoma-based visual artists, 33 all-Okie music acts on three stages, free art-related activities for the entire family, and ten popular local food trucks.
