Come explore the incredible homes of Gatewood Historic District during the Gatewood Home Tour on October 30th from Noon to 5:00PM.

House: Janet and Scott Seefeldt - 1828 N. Indiana
Built in 1930, this stunning two-story Colonial Revival house was featured in the original Gatewood Home and Garden Tour 20 years ago. On a corner lot, the arched portico, Tuscan columns, and historic brickwork of this house have been lovingly restored. Owners: Janet and Scott Seefeldt

House: Christina Giacona and Patrick Conlon -1917 NW 21st ST
Built in 1926, this Tudor Revival house features a large arched window leading into a barrel ceilinged living room, newly renovated kitchen, and original flooring. Owners: Christina Giacona and Patrick Conlon

House: Neila Crank-Clements and Dave Clements - 2117 N. Gatewood
Built in 1928, this one story French Eclectic brick house features a charming half-octagon porch with keyhole opening, a gorgeously renovated kitchen, and backyard pergola. Owners: Neila Crank-Clements and Dave Clements

House: Sarahbeth Hance - 1811 Carey Place
Built in 1936, this Carey Place two-story garage apartment is indicative of the stucco, Spanish style housing created in the unique Carey Place Addition. Occupant: Sarahbeth Hance

Plaza AirBnB: Jeff and Aimee Struble - 1612 N. Gatewood - a project by 180 Residential Group, Inc. 
This fun and funky new AirBnB is a converted office in the heart of the popular Plaza District. Owned by Jeff and Aimee Struble of 180 Residential Group, this adorable space showcases the spirit of revitalization in this burgeoning commercial district.
