House: Janet and Scott Seefeldt - 1828 N. Indiana
Built in 1930, this stunning two-story Colonial Revival house was featured in the original Gatewood Home and Garden Tour 20 years ago. On a corner lot, the arched portico, Tuscan columns, and historic brickwork of this house have been lovingly restored. Owners: Janet and Scott Seefeldt

House: Christina Giacona and Patrick Conlon -1917 NW 21st ST
Built in 1926, this Tudor Revival house features a large arched window leading into a barrel ceilinged living room, newly renovated kitchen, and original flooring. Owners: Christina Giacona and Patrick Conlon

House: Sarahbeth Hance - 1811 Carey Place
Built in 1936, this Carey Place two-story garage apartment is indicative of the stucco, Spanish style housing created in the unique Carey Place Addition. Occupant: Sarahbeth Hance
